Terms of Use
Last updated August 2026
This is a working draft pending review by ACTi's counsel. It is not yet a final legal document.
Who this is for
Practicing Law in the AI Era is a free virtual masterclass for practicing legal professionals. Attendance costs nothing, and registering means you agree to these terms.
Education, not legal advice
Everything presented is education about legal AI. It is not legal advice, and nothing in the session is a substitute for the judgment of a licensed attorney applying the law to a specific matter.
Attending does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and ACTi, Unblinded Mastery, or any presenter. Don't rely on anything you hear as advice for a client without doing your own work first.
The session may be recorded
We record these sessions. If you turn on your camera or speak during the live session, that portion may appear in the replay we share afterward. If you'd rather not appear, keep your camera off and ask questions in the chat.
There is an offer at the end
Near the end of the session we make an offer, which the registration page tells you about up front. You're never obligated to take it, and consenting to be contacted is not a condition of attending.
Registration and changes
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any registrant, and to change the session or these terms. If we change the terms, the updated version will be posted on this page.
