Privacy Policy

Who we are

ACTi is a product of Unblinded Mastery. We operate this registration page for Practicing Law in the AI Era, a free two-hour virtual masterclass for attorneys. This policy covers this page and the masterclass series it registers you for, including sessions that repeat on a regular schedule.

It describes what we collect when you register, how we use it, and how you can tell us to stop. If something here is unclear, email us at privacy@acti.aiand we'll answer plainly.

What we collect

When you register, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number, which the form asks for directly.
• Your professional role, only if a later version of the form asks for it. The current form does not.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, its version identifier, and the timestamp when you checked the box.
• Attribution parameters that tell us which campaign brought you here, including UTM values and any Meta click identifier passed in the link.
• Standard server log data, such as your IP address, browser, and the time of your request, recorded by our hosting provider.

Today, registrations are recorded in our hosting provider's server logs. We have not yet connected a separate database, and this policy will be updated to name one before we do.

How we use it

We use what you give us to:

• Confirm your registration and send you the link to join.
• Send reminders before the session and the replay afterward.
• Measure which campaigns and channels bring people to the page.
• Contact you for marketing under the consent described below.

We don't use your information for anything beyond what this policy and the consent below describe.

Consent to contact

When you check the box on the registration form, you agree to the following. We reproduce it here in full because it's the part of this policy that matters most:

I also consent to UNBLINDED (or others on its behalf) placing automated, prerecorded, or AI marketing emails, calls, and texts (including SMS and MMS) to the number provided above (or later). Contact frequency varies; may occur outside 8 AM to 9 PM. Consent to contact not a purchase condition. Msg & data rates may apply. For texts, reply HELP for help and STOP to end. Website may record interactions.

You can withdraw this consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails, or email privacy@acti.aito withdraw consent entirely. Withdrawing consent to marketing contact does not stop the transactional messages tied to a session you've registered for, such as the joining link.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure ad performance and to build audiences for our campaigns. The pixel loads only when it's configured, and it sets cookies in your browser when it does.

We also record page analytics of our own: how far down the page you scroll and which calls to action you click, through our hosting provider's analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs as described above. We don't run any video or session recording software on this page.

Third parties

We share information only with the services that make this page work:

• Meta, for advertising measurement and audiences, under Meta's privacy policy.
• Vercel, which hosts this page and keeps its server and analytics logs, under Vercel's privacy policy.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone other than the providers above and any successor we name in a future version of this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing contact and certain data sharing.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@acti.aiand tell us what you want to do. We'll respond as the applicable law requires.
